Not sure probably China. They did a great job on my Kitchen demo, I would recommend.

Will these work in a dch133b rotary hammer drill?

I used a Bauer 10 amp Rotary Hammer drill and the bits did the job. I guess you should look to see what size bit your drill will accept. My hammer drill knocked out tile removal in a weekend. Your manual should give you this info. Hope this helps! Best, Michael

Will these work for a Milwaukee better hammer drill?

If you have a hammer drill use a hex screw extension to lock down on the sds plus bit connection. You would get better performance with Milwaukee sds plus extension with sds plus drill.

Will these work in the dwealt 293 sds 1-1-8 head

They fit my Bosch hammer drill and it has a 1 1/8 head as well. When I bought them they were so cheap it didn't matter because I have something they would've worked with. They were a very good purchase. They are not crappy by any means.
