Great treadmill!
This treadmill is pretty great. It's exactly what we were looking for. It's not for running, but there's enough speed for a very fast walk or light jog. It came already assembled, so it was super easy to set up and start using! There's not a lot of bells and whistles with this. The screen is pretty basic, which is exactly what we were looking for. There's Bluetooth capabilities, but I haven't used that yet. My only complaint is that the speed up button is on the left and I feel like it should be on the right. Hardly a deal-breaker, but it does bug me. Overall, we're very satisfied!

Still going strong
I've owned this for almost a year now so I'm comfortable leaving a review.First of all, it came without any track lubrication. The instructions said that when I put my hand between the belt and the unit, it should come away feeling a little wet. No such thing, sir. Bone dry. It sounded like sandpaper the first time I started it up. So I had the fun task of buying treadmill oil and trying to make sure I had properly lubed this thing up so I didn't stress out the motor. I might have overdone it (who knows, I'm no pro) because when I had to let it sit for a month, the oil collected on the lowest point of the track - on the outside of it - creating a slipping hazard for running. Soap and water took care of that. But yeesh. My last gripe is that it's developed a high-pitched squeal when I first start it up. Obviously this makes me uncomfortable, but the noise goes away a few minutes into my jog so I sincerely hope it's just a quirk. If not, I really dread the idea of contacting customer service or dragging this thing to my local Kohl's for a return. For these two reasons, I've knocked off a star. Those things don't impede my use of the treadmill though, so I enjoy this product. I like that it's compact enough to sit up against my wall, easy to move around and face the TV, and the controls are simple and easy to use. I'm not a marathon runner by any means (I'm a working mom and student so sometimes I just suck at working out), but I do try to use this thing at least three times a week for around 25 minutes each time. I have bad knees which prevent me from going outside and running on pavement, so I have this treadmill on carpet and I wear high quality running shoes (Hoka brand). No knee problems using this treadmill.I also love that the 5 and the 3 are pre-programmed. For me, those are perfect settings for "brisk walk" and "haul some booty." I tend to jog at around 3.5, maybe 4 if I'm feeling feisty, so hitting that 5 for a burst and then bringing it back down is a cinch. The cord that comes with the treadmill is ridiculously short, but I got a short (8 ft) extension cord from here on Amazon a while back and just use that. I like the shut off feature by the plug - I can just use my toe and shut the unit off so my kids can't get any ideas.I'm 5'7, with fairly long legs, and the stride on this treadmill is perfect for me. I have plenty of room to move forward or back, depending on the speed. It doesn't take up too much room in my bedroom, which is great. Overall would, definitely recommend.

Just Take Out of Box and Use!
I was not really sure about purchasing a treadmill online but when I saw this one was all put together snd the great reviews I talked my husband onto it. If you are trying to decide on a treadmill I will just tell you that we love it. So simple.... just open it up and there you go. It is ready to go. It tells you speed, steps, calories burned, and distance. It is great as bad I feel a difference on my body already! Certainly worth every penny!

Has a slope itself
The Treadmill has a slope it self which I didn’t realize before since it’s for my husband. However, I am running on it recently, found that it’s much harder to run on it compared to the gym ones. That’s when I suddenly realize this issue. Talked with the company and they said they knew this issue but my warranty has expired so nothing they can do. Why not calling back the product when they notice the issue? It’s a garbage to me now and I feel so sorry to my husband since it’s his birthday gift but it looks so trash now.

Functional, but Inexpensive. Which means be prepared to service it later.
This treadmill is very inexpensive, and while that's somewhat of a benefit, the downsides do eventually become evident. If you buy one, you should be prepared to eventually take it apart to fix it, or pay someone hundreds of dollars to.First off, it has worked. It runs. I've run or walked on it for the last 18 months, 3-6 times a week. The belt is somewhat narrow, and the length is also a little short. This may not be a problem for a short person with narrow hips, but it's much narrower than the treadmills you find in commercial gyms, and men with a wide stride may find it a little awkward. Also, about 17 months in, it started making noise. The first noise was mostly remedied by lubricating the drive belt, but about a month later, it started being really noisy, especially with irregular clicking and clanging at the back roller. I was able to determine that a bearing in the rear roller had failed. The vendor and manufacturer pled inability to supply a new roller, and I couldn’t find a part online. So I had to acquire a bearing puller (quite a hefty tool that required a good bit of strength to operate) and after a few hours, I was able to get both bearings out. It turns out that the bearing roller (a pipe, basically) had rust inside of it that was locking the bearings in place. I can only speculate how moisture got in the roller to make the rust, and at what point in the assembly process. Replacement bearings were a little tricky to find, but I got some American-made replacements from VXB bearings in California for a fair price, and hammered them in. The treadmill purrs like a kitten again, but consider this fair warning to anyone looking to buy one.

Great treadmill for the price
I'm six feet tall, about 240 pounds, and while I'm a bit large for this treadmill, it's still performing quietly and well. There's definitely a bit of slowdown of the belt every step at lower speed, but overall performance is great. It's got a big screen with touch buttons for 5 kph, speed up, stop, speed down, and 8 kph. Speed adjusts by 0.1 kph per button press of the up/down buttons. My one gripe with the machine is that the power cord (standard PC power cord) is about 3 feet long, so this has got to be placed facing a wall or used with an extension cord. Otherwise, installation is literally "unfold and plug it in."Overall I'm very satisfied so far with this, and I'll post an update after extended use, too.

Great value
We purchased this treadmill a bit more than a month ago. I’ve been using it 4-5 times a week to walk and jog and it has been wonderful! Simple, easy to use, it’s not fancy but it does the work. It does need a major oiling at first!

Great product!
This product is great if you want a treadmill without all the bells and whistles. Works great. We use it everyday. Actually attached a cup holder to the bar to hold water. The box it comes is flimsy. It was badly torn, however, luckily the treadmill was not damaged.

Arrived broken - did not fully refund.
I purchased a treadmill from Costway, it arrived only running backwards. There were two wires that needed to be switched, but it was in a place I could not reach. After 2 weeks of emails, they suggested that they would cover the cost of a technician to my house to fix it (which was refunded to me on the original purchase of the machine). Things worked for the first use, but it then started making a horrible high pitch sound. They offered to once again have someone come to fix it. Upon tightening the belt, after only a month of use (using it 3 times a week) the metal rod and the bracket started to rub together. There was no way to tighten the belt. I contacted them, again, they said after many emails that they would refund me. As they had already "refunded me for the technicians". They only refunded me the remaining amount, meaning I have now lost $200 of my own money (for the technicians) on a product that arrived defectives, that they offered to pay to fix. They refuse to refund me the additional $200. Do not buy from this company.

Well, it's already making noises.
It's a nice looking treadmill and worked good and quiet for the first five 10 mins walks but yesterday it started to screech in the right hand front where the motor is. So disappointed.
