I feel very conflicted about this product. It's (I believe) the first suction cup window scratcher available, which makes it unique and gives it an advantage. However, it isn't perfect. The size is a good deal smaller than I thought, but whatever I can live with that. My cats love it, and I have it in a location I didn't have any scratchers before, so it's super convenient for that. I would purchase it again based on these things. However...My biggest gripe is I thought both sides of the actual cardboard would be useable, however I was wrong and K&H has REALLY glued that adorable kitty pic advertising their company down. I started to peel it off, thinking I could get it off but nope, all I did was reveal spots of perfectly wasted scratching area because that picture is not removable without tons of effort. What a waste! The surface area is small, like I said, and this item will need replacing much more frequently than my other scratchers because of that, add on the fact that you can only really use one side of the cardboard and I can honestly say I would NOT recommend this product until they change the replacements. Every other scratcher I buy replacements for, both sides of the cardboard can be used. And I will continue to buy those. I was just hoping to add the replacements for these to my future shopping list. :(Btw, I understand that it's all about the aesthetic of the kitty advertising side facing out your window, but a simple solution would be using just a few small dabs of glue instead of gluing the whole thing down, so people who do care about that don't need to remove it, but people who want to use both sides CAN remove it!

The scratcher is a bit small...however my cats really are not into tearing up cardboard...they like to rub their faces and body against it. So the size it actually pretty good for that concept. I ended up sticking it to the side of the bath tub and it seems to be holding well.

I love this product, and so does my cat! Was trying to replace a broken one. So I ordered one from AmazonWarehouse, I thought it would be ok since it stated only the package was damaged and not the product! It did NOT state that the product was missing pieces! It wouldn't be a big deal if I could find more large auction cups that mount this product to the window. But I can't! Tried to return the product and would have had to pay for shipping! I thought the point of being a prime member was for ease. I mine as well just keep the defective product and drive two hours to buy one from a local pet store It's not worth it for me to have to pay for return shipping. Maybe next time include in the description that the package isn't just damaged, but that it is missing pieces. It's description should NOT have said the product was not damaged and in-tack. Thank you for convincing me to cancel prime again Amazon!
