I’m low key very short (5’0) and decided to buy this product expecting to become 5’4, but sadly this product only extends your height by 2 inches, and is super uncomfortable. Once you take your shoes off and walk normally it feels like there’s indents wherever you walk. It does fit in any size of shoe though so I guess that’s good. Another problem is you can only wear the insoles with high tops/mids, because if not your heals will be poking out of your shoes.

Pros:• Fits any shoe since its just the heel.• More confidence.• Stays in place.• Comfortable when using just the 1.2 inch sole.• Total of 2.4 inches, I went from 5'9 (175cm) to 6'0 (183 cm)• More looks from people.• Cheap.Cons:• Cant use them for long periods of time without feeling pain.• Cant play sports since it will mess them up.• Have flat feet like me? Only use the first insole (1.2 inch), anything higher and it WILL mess up your feet even more.• Tend to only last about 3 months on average.• Must use shoes that have a heel above 1 inch or else your foot will keep slipping out. I tend to wear basketball shoes alot so it's no problem for me.• Be prepared for people to call you out and tell you to take off your shoes.All in all these are dirt cheap for what you're getting. I highly recommend these. I will be ordering another pair of these when my current ones run out. Lastly, don't put more height on some days and less on other days, people will start noticing you are shorter and taller on different days. Hope this helps.

Using these are a lot like wearing heels. After about 6 hours my heels started to hurt.The product is exactly as described for the first time ever I was taller than my wife which is pretty awesome. You can't wear these in regular shoes they have to be high backs or else you'll be standing on your shoes. In the photo I'm wearing 2 of them. I think it totals 1.8". Which is obviously a no go w/these types of shoes.

I purchased these shoe lifts due to the fact that two years ago I had a knee replacement and then after I came home I fell and fractured my fema and had to have another surgery. This time the doctor put a metal plate on my thigh but was not aware until much later on that my one leg was now shorter than the other which made it difficult to walk properly. I have purchased many shoe lifts, but this one really works the best. I am able to walk more natural and only had to put one insert into my shoe. I would recommend this item to anyone that needs the additional height to help them walk better.
