Very pleasant lightweight blanket. It is worth noting that the patchwork on the top layer is printed, not pieced. Because of the structural embroidery, though, you don't really notice unless you're actually looking for the nonexistent seams. I don't mind one bit. This quilt has no padding, so not having added seams keeps the piece nice and uniform. The added stitches reinforce the piece and keep the two layers stable. The funny thing is that, given that this isn't actually pieced from used textiles, there isn't really a good reason to randomize the patterns? I'm quite happy with what I got, buy it seems like a delicious bit of artifice to impose "variation" on a textile that actually is pre-printed. 🤔 Quite amusing.

The indigo color is brighter in person (not a minus). It is not the same as the stock photo because each kantha is handmade from used fabric scraps therefore each one is different. The pieces are connected by sewing machine (not printed to look like quilt) and then hand stitched with the muslin backing. It does have a slight used fabric smell but not too strongly. This indigo version is more understated than the bright color kantha quilts in this price range. It has more Japanese feel to it.

Very pretty. Not really a pieced quilt. The blocks are printed on the fabric & it is not padded as a regular quilt would be. The "coverlet" is only a couple of thicknesses of fabric.That said; I love it as an accent throw on the end of the bed. The coverlet is held together with neat rows of long running stitches, & are bound at the edges with similar stitches in a zigzag design.I washed it in the washer on " cold/delicate" & even put it in the dryer. It come out soft and smooth.

I ordered this blanket a few weeks ago and I absolutely LOVE it.The colors and patterns of the fabric are beautiful and unique. There are many rich shades of blue throughout the blanket. The quilting stitches are both blue and white, which makes for a really lovely stripe pattern on the solid blue back of the blanket. All of the hand stitching is absolutely stunning and very well done - throughout the middle and edges of the blanket.This blanket IS very light weight - which is what I was expecting/wanted, so I'm very pleased with it. It is not the weight of a "normal quilt"...so just be aware of what you are buying.I think the price was excellent and would be very hard to beat. I'm thrilled with the purchase and have already received several compliments on it!

I bought this twin size tribal cloth quilt for a sofa cover (I have a white sofa & a dog 😉). It’s very pretty in person and seems well made for a handmade artisan type product. It’s just 2 pieces of fabric quilted together with no batting in between so it’s light & not bulky, perfect for my needs. Would look great on a bed, too. The print color is indigo & creamy white and the solid side is navy. I haven’t washed it yet but I anticipate it will do well in a cold water/gentle cycle wash. I thought the price was reasonable as I have seen these quilts in the $80 range in local shops.

I love this bedspread—but I wish it were larger. It's an odd size that doesn't really fit with an american bed. I thought of buying a larger size but none of the sizes seemed to make sense for my bed. All that said, it's a beauty and I'm very happy with my purchase. I just love the color and print and the rows of stitching and the fact that it is cotton.

This is not a true pieced Kantha. Rather, they have created a textile to appear pieced. Having said that it is clever and charming. I am using it at the foot of my bead. The colors are more vivid than the picture. It is lovely.

This a beautiful true indigo color quilt. I bought it to use on two daybeds that I just purchased, and for that purpose, it is quite stunning. While the hand-stiching is appealing, I am concerned if the edges will survive multiple washes. Overall, I love the look and feel of the quilt. I am just worried I won't be able to enjoy it as long as I had hoped. I will update in a few months once I see how it goes.

Good color, good homespun texture. I am using it as a chair throw to protect the upholstery and this is working well. Have washed it several times, dried in dryer, do not see shrinkage. HOWEVER, It bleeds blue in the washing machine and every article washed with is also blue.

The product appeared quickly. In fact, one day early and is exactly as seen in the photo.My only complaint is that I thought it would be thicker to be used as a coverlet. It is too light for that. Anyway I like it very much

I have wanted to buy this for a couple years now. Finally finding it at the price I could afford I went ahead and ordered it. There were reviews that said they were unraveling threads it was too light, it was too this it was too that. It is everything that I hoped it would be, the right color the right detail of workmanship, I couldn’t be more happy with it.

When it arrived, it smelled strongly. Washed it immediately and it came through perfectly. Now my favorite light quilt. Although very pretty, it is nothing like the patchwork in the picture, though. Very little contrast or variation in the patterns, but acseptible.

I bought this for the end of my daughter's bed for some color and maybe for an alternative blanket on hotter nights. It is very beautiful and does add some dementional color.

I was unprepared for the dozens and dozens of loose threads 1/2 in long. I no longer have a sewing machine, so it would take forever to fix.Also in the picture, it looks double sided -patchwork, which it's not on either side. it is not pieced..I guess i misunderstood. Nice concept, sloppily executed. How does one reach this seller to try and fix this situation?

We wanted something attractive but not expensive to toss on the couch as a protection from human or animal errors. Just to keep our new couch very new for a long time. I found this and thought I'd give it a try. It's SO nice. Nice texture and colors. This would be pretty on a bed, made into upholstery, as a cover for toss pillows. I wish I had sewing skills.
