Once we chose the right size (pilot error!)It's fit was perfect. It helped our very aged dog to get in and out of the car with help. My home health care assist could lift him enough for his dignity to remain intact and his feet to do what he wanted them to!!He simply won't/ can't climb new steps.Some days I have "the wobbles"The handle of this vest helps me on those days too.

We got two - XL for our 50-ound dog and an XXL for our 80-pound one. Both fit well and are comfortable for them to wear. We used it a few times when going to a restaurant and on hikes. The markings are visible and no one tried to pet them (hopefully, because of the vests).

My black lab, Shadow, is actually more chicken than dog and doesn’t really service anything other than his crotch at 2 in the morning. I’ve been trying to socialize him more to get him out of the house because he’s terrified of almost everything. So, when I stumbled upon this awesome Service Dog Vest with Hook and Loop Straps and Handle, I was totally sold!First of all, this vest looks great - it’s red and black color with a bright reflective patch, Its nice to know my dog is safe when he sneaks out of the backyard so cars can always spot him while he’s on the prowl for local tail and new exciting yards to poop on. It’s made from comfortable enough fabric, so he’s not panting too hard when he returns home at 5am from his late night shenanigans. .The best part about this vest though is that with this vest none of that ever happens anymore. Soon as I put it on, he freezes up like a manikin in a retail store window. trying to avoid the straps. I guess the vest must remind him of a naughty trip to the vet or something, He’s not the kinda guy that likes to be tied down. But I’ve figured out a way to get around it - at least this vest comes with a handle! Now I can just drag him up the stairs, since he absolutely refuses to walk anywhere himself, haha.Overall, I’m totally satisfied with this Service Dog Vest, and I definitely recommend it to anyone trying to pretend there dog is good for any service other than the occasional cuddle.

My SD in training outgrew his old "cheap" one from another brand that looked like this one. This appears well made and sturdy. I like the included ADA information cards.ONLY issues are that the handle should be an inch or two higher off the back of the vest for ease of grabbing and the quick release does not have a lock on it. For a very inexpensive vest, it will work.IMO this works best for those who want to easily ID their SD/SDIT for public access and for training. For long term, regular use, you eventually will need to swap out the free patches for replacements as the letters wear off, or for more durable embroidered ones.I will update if anything changes with regular use.

This dog harness is perfect for dogs who tend to have narrow throats. There is no strap around the neck, just across the chest. The latch works smoothly too so no delays in getting it on.

The “Do Not Pet” patch is often also set on the vest WITH the “Service Dog/Animal” patch. I wish this could have also been an option with extra Velcro to place it on

Great harnes. Made well and of durable material. The reflective areas work well. I found the harness had easy to operate clips and there is a bit of give & take in the size variables. Allowing it to fit a little bigger or snug up for a smaller dog.The harness arrived quickly & was in good condition. I bought one for my dog and another for my sisters smaller dog. Both are doing the job well. I highly recommend this harness .

The strap that crosses my Service Dog chest has started to pull her fur out leaving a bald patch. I am considering returning it and ordering a new one with a better chest strap.

This vest fits our great dane, who's not quite finished growing, and has oodles of room for future size. Its a beautiful pink, according to my wife lol
