Q: Can this be placed inside a pizza oven(I have a stainless steel oven)?

No, Outside of oven you can apply

Q: Can this be used for oven mitts?

I suppose it could, they would be really thick. I think there are other things that could be used to stuff oven mitts. This is not an oven mitt, it's a blanket, for like a wall or a heater.

Q: will this work for eletric oven ?

Yes, it will work ..but we don't recommend for any food preparation electric oven because it is a hazardous material.
