Not worth the money and effort, get a ready made one from VR wave instead
To put it lightly, this is the worst product I have bought for my quest, and by a long shot. 1. The frame can touch you nose, forehead, and lashes. 2. the lenses you get from zenni don't fit snuggly, they rotate whenever you clean them, and if you have astigmatism, this means you are royally SCREWED because it needs to be EXACTLY the correct orientation or it'll give you headaches and will look off. DO NOT get these, they are not worth the effort. If I had to do it again I would pay extra to get an actual working product. Sorry if it seems like an angry review, but that's because I am mad and frustrated right now. Wish I had listened to some of the reviews on the product.

Works great on Quest 2
These work just as advertised. For the quest 2 there is no need to pop anything off the lenses in the Quest. Just snap the prescription lenses into these adapters, and then snap it right over the quest 2 lenses. The instructions that came with the lens adapters were not very good, but there are plenty of YouTube videos out there showing the installation of these type of things.

Solves the eyeglass issues completely.
My headset was pressing my glasses into my nose and causing pain whenever I played, especially if it was over one hour playtime. For $15 plus $20 for prescription lenses from Zenni this is half the cost of other headset lens adapters. When I first got the adapter, I took an old pair of lenses and dremeled them to fit. I wear bifocals, and Zenni lenses doesn't do bifocals for the 550021 lens. It worked beautifully, but I realized I didn't need the bifocal part. I ordered Zenni lenses with my single prescription and they work perfectly. Best rift s accessory I have.

Better than wearing glasses - barely
These are very cheap 3d printed, likely printed with the lowest-end consumer 3d printer. There's no quality control. The lenses (zenni's that are suggested) don't correctly fit in the holders, and the holders don't properly 'snap' into the headset. Both issues are likely caused by the 'tolerance' / imperfection of the low-quality prints. Once they're attached as well as they can be, the lenses will rotate inside of the plastic pieces, especially when you clean them. All in all, this is barely more convenient or comfortable than just wearing the glasses that the lenses are removed from, which fit just fine inside the quest 2.
