Is this standard or metric? I need the set to install a pioneer mini split and am not sure if I need the standard or metric set

It's metric and it only torque in one direction, adjust for min setting and you will hear a click now adjust for proper setting adjusting torque in the click direction. Also use some 410A sealant on the threads. Watch some you tube videos may be some help on the whole mini split install. I have used this set on many units Pioneer and Senville liking Senville a little better unit.

How do you look up the torque inspection certificate?

You have to call Yellow Jacket.

The Senville mini splits requires 10mm also. Dies thid kit have the 10mm?

No. The 16mm is the smallest. I honestly don't know why you would ever need a 10mm to be torqued. These wrenches are for flared tubing connections and I have never seen one smaller than 1/4" od tubing, which is the 16mm or 17mm wrench.
