Elbow & Knee Ice Pack, Hot & Cold Compress Therapy Sleeve for Tennis Elbow

I have a couple of these now for knees and Elbow due to a lot of Gym Training and these are great! Easy to slip on straight from the freezer. They stay in place once positioned. I was worried about the size but the size fits just right and snug. I only use them from the freezer and I go straight to the skin wit no issues. They don't seem to go cold enough to cause me any skin irritation. I'd highly recommend!

This works well and so easy to use, I pop it in the microwave just before leaving the house then keep it on my elbow on the way to the court until I am ready to play as recommended by my physio.

This is a good product but there are a few things you need to know about it. I can only write this review based on use as a child compress I haven't used it as a hot compress as yet. Make sure you but the right size. That may sound obvious but I recommend measuring the body part you indeed to use it on then checking which size you need to buy. Don't leave it in the freezer to cool down for too long. This product when frozen is really cold, so with its snug fit of it's too cold you won't be able to keep it on fire the time you need it. It will be very freezing to the point of hurting. This is go different to putting ice directly on your skin, so people putting negative reviews based on this need to think about this before deciding the product is faulty. The stitching could have been better. The first time I put mine in some of the stitching came out. It wasn't the past which affected the product and I'll sew it closed, but from a product point of view and considering many reviews have stated this, the manufacturer should have used stronger thread, I mean come on thread isn't that expensive. The fit is great and steady. When you get the right corner of the compress it feels great. I bought one for my knee and am really happy with it. Lastly I've seen reviews trekking people to leave it in the freezer at all times even when not in use. That is terrible advice. Don't leave this product in the freezer unless you intend to use it soon after. It can negatively impact on the lifecycle of this product.

I've had an injured knee and been using two of these sleeves on rotation for icing. They are soo useful and easy to use. They are snug enough to stay in place, so you can do other things whilst icing. Suitable for all arm sizes and average legs, but probably wouldn't fit on the leg of a larger person. They chill quickly in the freezer and can be used to ice a limb for a good 15-20 mins before they warm up.

I've had tennis elbow for the last 2 months and have tried ice packs and pretty much everythinh. This Tolaccea Elbow Ice pack is incredible and the best part, there are no drips from melting ice, the sleeve is comfy and so super cold!!! 5 star rating

I bought this ice pack sleeve hoping it would provide longer-lasting relief, but unfortunately it didn't perform as well as I expected. It was easy to put on and the sleeve design is much more convenient than holding a traditional ice pack in place. However, I found that it didn't stay cold for very long, especially compared to another ice sleeve I own. The compression was comfortable, but the cooling effect seemed to fade fairly quickly, meaning I had to return it to the freezer sooner than expected. That said, the material feels soft and comfortable against the skin, and the hands-free design is useful. It may work well for short cooling sessions, but for longer-lasting cold therapy, I think there are better options available.

After a lot of hesitation and reading through many reviews still confused but I decided to buy this for my torn MCL . My knee has been swelling for weeks, after first 20 minute cold therapy I can feel improvement and soothing. If you kept it 1.5-2hrs in freezer it can stay solid cold for at least 10 minutes and coldness start to decrease. I'd say it can stay good for up to 15mins and the coldness reduce very quick but 15 mins but it should be good enough. If you want longer I think you need to buy 2 of this to alternate.

Après des années à galérer aves des poches de gel achétés en pharmacie ou chez Decathlon et qui ne tenaient pas, j'ai acheté cette poche pour glacer le genou... Le produit est tout simplement miraculeux ! Il reste à la bonne température pendant une vingtaine de minutes sans être trop "gêlant" ce qui évite les brulures de froid. Ne pas s'en passer !

Perfecta para Bursitis de codo, mucho mejor que las bolsas de gel o las de hielo. Es muy cómoda y no aprieta en exceso, yo siendo adulto con 26 cm de codo me sobra con la talla pequeña. Se puede doblar para que solo abarque el codo, además no gotea... Perfecto. Sólo la utilizo con frío y al inicio es muy intenso y luego se mantiene frío uos quince o 20 minutos (el tiempo indicado para estás sesiones). Muy satisfecho con la compra y los materiales se notan de calidad.

Ich habe mir das Kühlpad für den Ellenbogen gekauft. Ein Kühlpad, welches durch das Gel überall passend anliegt und man kann sich dann damit ganz normal im Alltag weiter bewegen, perfekt. Sogar während meiner Arbeit im Büro kann man es gut tragen. Aus dem Gefrierschrank ist es mir einen Tick zu kalt. Wenn man es aber erst ein paar Minuten außerhalb des Gefrierschranks liegen lässt, dann geht es bereits gut. Dann hält die Kühlung auch um die 20 Minuten. Nur aus dem Kühlschrank wäre mir der Kühleffekt zu schnell weg. Ich hatte Größe M bestellt, welche für den Arm für mich minimal zu groß ist (Frau, 1,81 groß und "normale" Figur) Sobald ich das Pad länger am Arm habe und das Gel wieder "auftaut", wird das Pad zu locker. Von dem Pad bin ich aber rundum überzeugt und habe mir nun noch ein zweites Pad -diesmal in Größe S- bestellt, um länger und regelmäßiger kühlen zu können.

Super, es hält, es rutscht nicht und 15 Minuten Kühlung sind völlig ausreichend. Viel besser als Teile mit Klettverschlüssen. Kann man sogar unter der Hose tragen, wenn es nicht gerade Leggins sind. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

My son had elbow surgery and when he was getting back to his sport (Football) he would have some swelling. We just keep this in the freezer and he slides this on for 10 min and it’s ice cold and compressed, it works perfect. Takes down the swelling. It’s very comfortable
