Great idea, quality could be better.
I purchased two of the 8x11 mats for my boyfriend and I. I really love the idea of the ThoughtTop. I used it on my desk at work daily and so did my boyfriend. I did change desks at one point and had to lift the ThoughtTop and move it. I followed the directions for application/removal. The first month I had it, I never had a problem with peeling or staining from the markers. I did notice that the actual whiteboard started to bubble and separate from the adhesive backing about a month or so after I had moved desks (about 1 month after purchase). I finally had to throw away the mat last week, because the white board had bubbled up so badly I could not write on it. If the quality was improved for this may I would gladly purchase it again. Unfortunately, I feel after the price I paid for these, my expectations of this being a long term alternative to using paper were not met.

Love it. Works well. I'd have paid more for this.
I bought the largest size (2' x 3') and have had it on my desk ever since I tried it out, and I use it every day. It's nice to be able to jot down notes or draw diagrams while designing or discussing issues with teammates. It's generated a lot of buzz around the office (although most people indicated they would prefer one of the smaller sizes, as the largest size takes up most of the desk space; the largest size works for me, since I prefer minimalism and I don't have a crowded desk). It's much better than wasting a lot of paper by using notepads all the time (which I never go back and read later anyway). And if you have dark seeded ... urges ... to scribble, this satisfies that itch in a very enjoyable fashion.

I received this a week ago and I absolutely love how simple it has made my life. I love working on white boards, it helps me think, and this made it possible to constantly do that while working without breaking the work flow. The pens are super comfortable to write with and I just wish I could find just the different colored pens of thoughttop brand itself, that would make my experience complete! Also it doesn't erase with dry eraser so I have to use something wet to erase it, and wipe it immediately with something dry so there aren't stains left, but I think for how much it helps me, it's still feels worth the inconvenience.

Thought Top can survive extensive thoughts
Very impressed! Not only is it a fantastic addition to my desk but the customer appreciation was the best I've ever had off of online shopping. The founder wrote me a personal hand written thank you which really made my day, funny how the little things can get you. Good for the environment.
I have two of these at work. I try to be environmentally friendly and I thought I was using a lot of post it notes at work to jot down details as I talked on the phone or for little reminders. One I have attached to my desk, the other I leave as an easy to reach note pad I can take with me to look things up in another room. It's easy to clean and it has saved so many little post it notes.

Great Product but Missing Eraser
Really like the product, it was easy to apply and is great for taking notes. Just wish it had come with a small eraser!

Great product
I find this really useful and also easy to use. My desk is no longer cluttered by sticky notes. Love it! It's kind of expensive but long-term wise I think it's worth it.
