Can This be used daily and can it also be used with the black elder berry daily?

I have used it daily specially cold flu season with amazing results for adults and kids . As soon as I feel coming down with something or just scratchy throat I take it every few hr with black elderberry and the next day it’s gone . It’s my go to favorite . ( this is not medical advice just my opinion 😜
