I ordered this headlight to use as an auxiliary spotlight for my bike, wired so it'll work with the standard hi/lo switch.To be honest I wasn't expecting much at this price point, but I was happily stunned at how well made it was.I expected the bowl of the light to bend easily when I dissasebled the light, but it's made of good quality thick steel that didn't bend when I gave it a squeeze.The lens retaining ring was equally good.The whole thing is covered in sumptuously thick black powder coat, and not the thinnest layer of paint possible, like some big brand/expensive motorcycle accessories that I've bought in the past.The lens is also good quality thick glass with the word 'top' embossed on the top edge, just like really old lamps.The bulb however is not led as mentioned in the advert, but is actually a 35w hi/lo halogen bulb with a separate sidelight bulb underneath.I'm actually glad it is as it'll suit my bike better, but some purchasers will probably leave a bad review because of this, but trust me, it's a fantastic light.
