I disliked the fact that after two attempts to received a complete chair, I gave up. It's unfortunate to receive any product incomplete but when you return it and then receive the 2nd shipment and the product is identical to the first, something is terribly wrong. The picture included is the base of the chair without five complete legs. In other words there are five casters but no place for the fifth. This is not damage due to shipping. This is a manufacturing defect and lack of Quality Control if any at all. It's inexcusable. The force and or pressure it would take to break this is considerable. I wouldn't want to be standing close by. To receive the 2nd shipment with identical breakage is not coincidental. BTW, the broken piece is not in the shipped carton, not the first shipment nor the second. There is no sense elaborating any further on this issue, I think you get the picture (no pun intended).

Install was very easy.. Almost two easy. There is nothing that secures the pressure lever to the base of the chair nor the legs. Just plop it together. And all the screws had the same letter correspondence but just different number I.e. G3 G4 so on and so forth so it was confusing but not unbearable. Over all I'm happy because now I dont have to sit on a hard wooden chair all day for work

This was a satisfactory product and purchase. This chair replaced another chair which was horrible, just horrible. Nonetheless, this chair only graded out at satisfactory. The pre-drilled holes for the bolts/screws were out of line, thus making impossible to fully insert and fasten the nuts and bolts. At times, only partially. Moreover, I had to leave some pre-drilled holes alone, without its assigned bolts. I do not know how long this method will hold. Nonetheless, I am now able to sit level, and sit forward. I can now adjust the height, it is lighter and easier to navigate, and I can now also recline backwards. All of this making my disabled body comfortable, to an extent, and able to sit for longer periods of time. I just had my first bolt which was fasten onto the arm chair--fall off. Now what do I do? What is next?

Very nice comfortable chair. I was worried. I have very wide hips and I have lots of space in this chair. I just wish the back was adjustable. Other than that, great support. There are some reviews that think the base it broken. It is not. The piece for the first leg on the base in wrapped inside the box. I originally thought it was broken when I first pulled it out, but then I saw the attachment wrapped separately. 💛💛💛💛

Decent but very basic ergo chair. Wasn't difficult to put together. The instructions could be a bit more clear so there are parts where you may need to just use common sense when building it. If you compare this to the $200-300 ergo chairs at your work you will be disappointed. This chair is a good basic ergo chair for someone who does occasional work on the computer and doesn't spend hours at a time sitting down. I work from home a few hours each week and its good, but if I pull an 8 hour shift at home, the chair is not that comfortable. Appearance wise the cushion looks comfortable and plush, but after sitting on it for 6-8 hours you realize that its not very thick. Its hard and not enough cushion. I gave it a 4 simply because its a decent ergo chair for the money-way better than the old school computer chairs that some of us grew up with, still use, and spend the same amount of money as this chair.

I purchased this chair for my husband who has major back pain from scoliosis. My kids and I put the chair together before he got home. It was a painless process. The instructions were perfect. Thank you all so much for selling such a high quality, comfortable product. It's the perfect size for a little space.

Everything was coming together great until I went to screw the bottom of the chair I was only able to get 2 out of 4 Screws in because somehow the manufacture people failed to align the bolt holes in the correct spots! So now my chair is very unsteady and wobbles side by side when being sat on! Screws were in correct areas the black metal wouldn't even line up with 2 of the 4 drilled holes underneath the chair so I tried for hours to put in all 4 but its seriously a factory mess up very disappointed

I've had this chair about two months and it is the worst chair ever. It keeps loosing its height adjustment hold over and over again. The wheels get stuck so I end up having to drag it. It stains really easily and there is a small cover that is used to cover up a nail that has long fallen off. Don't waste your money.
