I bought this for my senior dachshund. The bed is quite high and I used to put a pillow between him and the edge, but he started getting a little less space aware (or more daring!). It came packaged very nicely. I love that it can fold up compact and it seems very high quality. It's quite firm and does the job perfectly. I sleep better not worrying he's going to fall off. He feels very secure and loves to sleep against it.

This worked great to use at my mom's house while they watch our almost 2 year old at their house. They have twin bunks and he sleeps in there on his own. Feels more secure knowing he can’t fall out. Not sure why anyone has had any issues with it not being completely raised, if you follow the instructions, there shouldn’t be issues. Keep zippers open for 48 hours, the foam will get to full potential. Just bought another for our house as he sleeps in a toddler bed. He seems to like the bumper and can easily get in and out. I think the bumper gives him a sense of security and comfort as if it’s something to lean against. We haven’t traveled with it yet! But do have family that lives hours away that we travel to, this will be a nice option to have and travel easily with! Happy with our purchase and worth the money!

This is a great bumper to use for both traveling and home. Good quality, no complaints. The customer service even reached out proactively to apologize for slow delivery (even though delivery wasn't slow). Highly recommend for versatility.

Really love this. I converted my toddler's crib and found out I didn't have the right toddler rail for the crib, so I bought this so he doesn't fall out. It's super easy and I love that it's portable. We will be taking it when we go visit grandparents. If you are going to use it under a crib sheet I would suggest getting stretchy crib sheets so that it will fit. Edit: here we are months later and my kid is in a big boy bed. We still use this and I love that it's not a big ol ugly railing. It works great!
