Is the shield as hard as the shield on the smoothie pacifier from the hospital? Are you able to stick your finger through the air holes?

They seem just as hard but maybe a little more flexible. The holes are about the same size as my Phillips soothies but these are heart shaped holes. I can fit my pinkie in the holes if I try and stretch them.

How does everyone feel about the sizing of these? Are the 0+ truly good for 0-4 months? Or do you feel they are smaller or larger than that?

Not sure about the 0+ month ones as we used the Nuk silicone pacifier for 0-4 months (and actually we still use it at 6 months!). The 4+ month Chicco one for us was too large for our baby when she was less than 4 months, but after 4 months was perfect. So i'm assuming the sizing is accurate for the age they have listed.

It’s for babies 6 months to 12 months. My granddaughter loved it. It also works good as a teether.
