Cheap material and Not the dimensions listing states!
Measurements stated in the description do not match the product. Product is a very thin plastic that any bird could chew through. Definitely not worth almost $19. Product is getting returned.

Best, safest style I have found
Same exact one my vet sells me for my sun conure who picks feathers from time to time. I think the vet charged me around $20 for just one of these collars. Note : Collars make feeding on seeds and such difficult for any bird who uses their foot to hold the food. I bought 2 heavy ceramic crocks, fill them to the top and place them at bottom of the cage so the bird can stand on the rim to drink & eat while looking straight down into the crock thus elievating the need to use her foot to bring food to her mouth.

Sizing is off, way off
Had to get some more collars for our injured conure. I measured the one we got from the vet and the part that goes around the neck measured 1.25 across so I ordered this one as it was advertised as the same size. When I received this the part that goes around the neck looked really small for our conure so I measured it and it measured .75 across. I tried to return them (bought two) and found out that they were not eligible to be returned as they are listed as medical supplies.

Much smaller than I thought they would be
Much smaller than I imagined the size was a little misleading

Best size for finches or budgies, maybe a willing flying squirrel
These e-collars are great for when your little exotic friend is plucking feathers, had surgery, or wants to cosplay as a martini glass. Flying squirrels tend to use them as emotional blackmail or chew toys, so they may not be fans.

Over priced and dangerous for birds!
**Dangerous to birds!**. Beware when using this collar. I put on my budgie because of feather plucking and at first he got used to it on day one. Slightly after day one he had an episode where he wanted it off and ended up cutting himself on both wings due to the sharp exterior. The material used probably cost the maker less than one dollar and they charged 12+…Better to find a cloth one or make something out of a sock/cloth. You have been warned!

E-collar for my cockatoo birds neck. It might possibly be big enough for a Barbie dolls neck.
Bought this item for my cockatoo bird because of her self mutilating behavior. But as you can see it is very very small and I honestly don’t know of any kind of bird or any other animal this would fit. I cannot return the item for a refund or exchange. I’m out of $13.00 for a miniature toy. Buyer beware!
