Good sunscreen , but not reef-safe; contains oxybenxone
Has oxybenxone in the formula. The BOTTLE is biodegradable. That's great but the product itself is not reef-safe. But it absorbs well and is made in USA. I was going to return it and then decided to try it. I'm glad I did. It's a good sunscreen.

Really nice sunscreen
Really nice sunscreen! Goes on smoothly and dries nicely, no greasy or oily feeling at all. Found it first on a Caribbean island, then liked it so much that I hunted it down on Amazon. That its better for reefs than typical sunscreen is a big bonus too.

Great sunscreen!
I recently used this product on a trip to Hawaii and it worked awesome! I have extreme sensitivities to sun and this sunscreen allowed me to enjoy snorkeling every day on my trip with no burns or skin issues.

Really "Reef Safe"?
Advertised as being "reef safe". However, I showed this product to those familiar with the coral bleaching problem while visiting the Bahamas. Two of the active ingredients, Octylcrylene and Oxybenzone are described by several sources as being coral toxic according to my research. However, I suggest those interested in this product to conduct their own reasearch to be fair. This product also states it's active ingredients are "biodegradable". Current findings on the above two ingredients appear contrary. In defense of the manufacturer, I queried them about their claim to which they responded that the sources I referenced may have been questionable. I would like to see the company making this product backup their claim of "biodegradable" with proof

Over all good product
I ordered for our trip to the Caribbean l. It give great sun protection and doesn't have a heavy sun screen smell.
