Slightly quieter, but the main game changer is not having to pay 8$-12$ for a set of brushes on the modified whisker biscuit everytime it starts wearing out from using your bow alot.I brought mine to a bow shop to get it served and tied instead since clamp on's tend to loosen or break. After tuning in the sights, 3 shot groupings nailing .5"-1" consistently at 20-30 yards. The bow is back to feeling like a tack driver again!Since I'm still fairly new to this sport and the possibility to bow hunt down the road. This arrow drop-away arrow rest won't break the bank and bow shops supply this product too.If you have the Bowtech/Diamond SB-1, the drop-away will be very slightly below the rest when it is installed. Once the arm is raised from drawing your bow you will have full clearance for the arrow to pass through with no vanes touching either.

the actual unit is pretty sturdy and mounts up nice only downfall is it don't come with the string clip

I like it , only thing is that it is big and its hard to put arrow in it cause the sight is in the est si you have to pass the arrow in the rest first and the clip it to the string. It is a Little Tricky but after a couple of arrow its fine.No more arrow falling from the rest with this one, thats what i like the most , when a bull is in front of you and you start shaking, you dont have to worry about the arrow and its very smooth and accurate!
