Q: My nails are very very curved and i have problems getting homemade decals to stay on (using led). will making decals on this matt make a difference?

Unfortunately, probably not. The fact that the mat is made of silicone makes it easier to make decals on, but they're still basically the same decals. My suggestion is to make your decals larger than the nail, trim it to the size of the nail, or slightly larger, and when the top coat goes on, it will "melt" the excess off of the sides. More surface area equals more to adhesion to the nail. You can also try "bending" the decal to the curve of the nail before attaching it.

Q: Why is mine bubbling i just got it today and it has bubbles nomatter what polish i use.

The bubbles are normal. They should get smaller as the polish dries, and then lay flat once the polish is removed.

Q: If i make 3d art with acrylic on this will it come off easy and ready to apply onto the nail?

i'm not sure. everything i have used on it has come up fairly easily, but i have not tried acrylic.i do know that polishes can flake or crack if the layer is too thin or if it is left on the mat too long.
