Just one. I don't know effective it is as I carry it hiking and have not had to use it!

Q: How many do you get for 10.80?

I bought 2 for less than $3.00 each for a bug-out bag. It says it's a 4 pack for $10.80. But then I bought a 10 pack of space blankets for $6.00 and figured I'd cut a head hole as a poncho, instead, if it came to that. There seems to be better deals elsewhere if bulk is your goal.
