Are the jars safe for pressure canning?

I'm not sure if this jar is made for pressure canning. The lid does not come in 2 piece but just one.

Do the lids have a seal?

The ones I purchased did seal when used for canning,.

Can these jars be used with sublimation?

I don't think the top is air tight. There is no rubber sealer.
