Q: What’s the lenght, please?

The strap used to add the clip is part of the length which is 58". When you add the actual handles you get another 3-4 inches. My 6' 4" son-in-law and my daughter who is 5'7" and myself who is 5' 5" all can use them easily. We have just started using the band combinations and my son-in-law has not tried that to see if it is long enough for double band pulling for him.

Q: How do the door anchors work? Do they work well?

Yes, they are flexible and adjustable. It’s a strap that you put in the hinge of the door when it’s open and then close the door to secure.

Q: How long do the bands last before they need to be replaced?

I am not sure. I have had mine, I believe about 4 months, use them 3-4 times a week. I see no signs of degradation at this time.

Q: Are the bands or handles made with any rubber?

Sorry, I can't answer the question. This is a question for the seller/manufacturer. However, what I can tell you is that I purchased this set to rehab a injured rotator cuff. This set has lower resistances than many others which I needed to rehab the rotator cuff. However, after several weeks of rehab, the orange tube broke and the company quickly replaced the entire set - great, now I have two sets. However, within two weeks of receiving the new set and the green band from the original set broke. Food for thought.
