This is one of the classic books everyone should read. Beautifully written...

as expected

I gave this book only three stars. It was certainly useful when it first appeared. Emotional liberation through body/mind/spirit awareness was in its infancy. Reading this book today (December 2019) shows how far we have come since it was written. I found it interesting in an historical context .

Feelings book; "I WAS the worlds biggest skeptic!_ Not any more, this is a tried and true seriously effective approach to address & resolve you, & or your loved ones challenges. I give it a 10 out of 10!" Had even overnight results! (Simply amazing) You just have to treat (Read) it, & think of it like a parachute?,it works best when it (Your mind) is open! You'll consistently be going back to it, as your mind catches up with and digests; the information contained within.

This books provides information on many of the under lying causes behind disease and offers us a tool with which we might be able to tackle health and everyday life issues, thus creating a more positive life experience... fascinating, insightful and a book I intend to use regularly ...
