Good board
I needed an ESP32 board for a weather station project. After reading questionable reviews about other cheap boards, I decided to go with this. The documentation says to use resistor switch position B for the 7.5” display. However, the screen text was very light and faded. Flipping the switch to A fixed the problem. This board also doesn’t have a built-in voltage divider so if you want to monitor battery level, you’ll need to make your own. I just keep mine plugged in all the time using an old phone charger. Overall, very good. No issues other than there’s no way to disable the power LED and the board doesn’t have any mounting holes!

Work great
Bought this to integrate with a waveshare epaper board to display information from Home Assistant. Good quality board build and decent documentation.

I hate these products.
I dislike using waveshare products. It doesn’t seem to work out of the box without further coding to be done and even their hardware seems to not all work together and you have to go to their website to check compatibility before buying then hope it still works out which it hasn’t for me.

Quality is okay but lack of doc
The product itself is okay. the only problem is lacking of docs which takes time to figure out myself. Hope they can improve this so anyone interested can pick up quicly

Needs driver for Mac M1 -- header doesn't fit for the 7.3" 7 color displays
Doesn't pair with the 7.3" 7 color display. USB to Serial doesn't work out of the box in Mac M1, but needs some chinese driver. Given these run in kernel mode, tis not gonna happen.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)
I watched all the youtube vids and blogs ect, but this never powered up. Dead on Arrival.

La carte fait parfaitement le job. J’en ai commandé 2, une était défectueuse, mais le vendeur a pris le temps de voir le problème avec moi et m’a proposé immédiatement un échange ou remboursement. Problème réglé ultra vite. Merci pour le sérieux, vous assurez!!

I have three of these and would get more, but they are not in stock. These are a tidy way to work with Waveshare epaper.
