Q: Does this bundle comes pre configured already with a two 4t seagate hard disk drive and 8gb of ram?

NO! It does not! Previous comments said it did come with Hard Drive discs, part of the reason I purchased it. But it most definitely does NOT come with 2 4t drives. It does not come with ANY hard drives or storage. Just the EMPTY bays to put drives that still need to be purchased.

Q: does this support RAID?

Yes, it supports Raid 0, 1, 5, 6 ,10 and JBOD. It also supports aes 256 encryption.

Q: Can i use 4 western digital 18tb wd red pro nas in my qnap ts-453d-8g 4 bay nas for professionals ?

I don’t have those drives, but I feel they will work fine in the QNAP NAS.

Q: Does the 453d have the small lcd display on the front that the 453b had?

Nop! There is no LCD on the machine. Everything is managed through web portal.
