You could use day & night, but if you want to take more intensive brightening treatment & moisture(sleeping mask effect), please use White Lucent Overnight Cream & Mask for night time (it's a little bit sticky texture)

This is a Very Good Face Cream. Delicate smell if any. Very Good Product.

Do you need to use sunscreen with this product?

Unless it states that it has sunscreen protection it probably needs sunscreen
