Are they already treated to be fire retardant?

Also, the Light Filters conform to the following Safety Standards:* ASTM F963: Flammability* NFPA 701: 2010-Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame Propagation of Textiles and Films

Has anyone successfully made these look professional? I'd like them for my office, but need it not to look so DIY.

Sadly, no. There is not enough magnet to make these drapes stay taunt and professional-looking. The drop and look like a re-purposed shower curtain. I recommend shaded light sleeves that cover the bulbs and reduce brightness and glare.

I want to use these in my therapy office. Which would be better blue or white?

The blue makes it darker than you'd expect. The white ones are a light cream color, and soften the lights well. I used them in my classroom and the students noticed and appreciated the difference.

Do these work with overhead LED lights?

If the lights are a standard 2-tile-size fixture, with a steel frame, then yes. I use them on the horrible LED lighting in my office.
