What is the blue sponge for?

Honestly, I’m not real sure. I’ve never used the blue side. It has a different texture than the black. The black feels almost like velvet it’s super soft, the blue is literally more like a sponge. I’m sure it has a purpose but I’ve been fine with just the black side. 🤷🏼♀️

How do i get xtra pads?

I haven't needed extra pads. The instrument comes with two extra pads, but you can wash the pads after each use. They're very sturdy.

What is the blue side for specifically ?

The blue side is a sponge, so it's just a different type of applicator depending on the product you're using.
