Great for WODs
Great tape to use for low and high rep barbell WODs. The tape is stretchy and stays on your thumbs. It sticks to your thumbs great while leaving no residue on your thumbs when you take it off. It does a great job at keeping your thumbs from getting torn up while using the hook grip for Cleans and Snatches. I’ve used this tape for about 3 years now and keep buying more!

This is some bomb tape
This tape is pretty damn good. It’s sticky but not a pain to clean up. It’s long too, you won’t go through a roll that quick unless you’re literally trying too. For its price and performance I really think it’s hard to beat.

Sticks very well and lasts through the workout
I have struggled with other tapes coming off a short time into a grueling workout or slipping mid-set. With this tape I haven't had issues. Its also thinner so you get a better barbell feel. I will be buying more.

Works as advertised
I principally got this tape to take some of the movement out of my thumbs while using dumbbells. As I have arthritis (yes, I’m really that old), this has proven more effective then other devices, I’ve tried and considerably lessens any discomfort. Only complaint is that the adhesive can take a little bit of the epidermis on the back of my hand while removing the tape, if I’m not careful. But understand, I’m binding the thumb to the hand itself, and not using it solely on the thumb. Hope this helps.

Game changer
These are a game changer for me. I have to do an over over hook grip for my deadlifts and couldn’t do the heavy weight without it right now
