Good but box container is broken.
Letters are good, but the box was broken. It was supposed tobe a gift for someone, now we can not give as it's broken already.

Complete and awesome set
I was reluctant to buy this after reading other reviews of set not being complete but so happy that I did buy it. These letters are great and the set is complete just as described. 26 capital letter and 3 letters each of lowercase. All numbers and signs are there too. And I love the box it comes with. No need to think where to store them. Awesome product.

Item as described and of good quality.
The quality is good. My only complaint is that there are charachters missing.Review update: Customer service is great! After my review I received an extra box of magnetic letters/numbers.I would definitely recommend or buy again.

First Order had Missing Letters
Update: Changing this from 3 to 4 stars since I did receive this item with all pieces accounted for after exchanging the original with missing letters. My 4 year old girls love using these letters. They are light weight, soft, and the magnetic strength is perfect.The letters are great and stick well to a white board. Unfortunately a few letters and numbers are missing and double batches of other letters were sent. Disappointed since the letters are well made and my girls would have loved playing with these.

My daughter loves them . But some letters were missing and the bucket only came with one green side piece to lock the lid on
