Q: are these round or flat ?

They are round. I use them as straws too.

Q: Will these work with canned air?

No. They are bigger than the ones you get with canner air. They are also too soft snd flexible. If you pushed them into the hole in canned air they would just bend all up. They are quit soft. Really only good for stirring coffee etc. 😊

Q: Are these straws individually wrapped?

They are not individually wrapped. All in one box!

Q: does this work on a 12oz glass

It really depends on how tall is the glass. The straws are 7" long.
