The blender itself is great. It’s replacing a more upscale model for us but the blending power for our smoothies remains great.Issues are that we didn’t receive the earbuds we were supposed to get, but more frustrating was that the larger of the two cups arrived without an air hole punched in the lid to allow the smoothie to flow out to drink. And, though this isn’t their fault, the lid on the smaller cup was chipped during shipping and it doesn’t seal when you close it.

Good for smoothies and My kids love it very powerful and easy to clean. Good size fits well on my kitchen.

This is not the blender I ordered; I wanted to replace my BL480, and got a BL480D. After 3 months, it got sooo loud, that I literally had to cover my ears when using, shortly (a week) thereafter, it would stop working after 10-20 seconds. I called Ninja, to get a replacement, and they told me that that was normal, and all was well! OMG. I purchased the item in March 2020, and now it is August 2020, and aside from the disturbing decimal noise, it started to leak black liquid into the food, and now it just stopped working! Do not waste your money on this horrible product. I think that they feel, that they have a good reputation, so why bother on making a good product at a reasonable price. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED, DISSATISFIED AND UPSET!

Great product but don’t blend when until the blade is dry on the outside. It makes the base rattle really bad
