I knew nothing about cars & truck . Fact is I didn't even know what an oil filter looked like . I bought these hooks and now I am the best Automotive Technician in the state . Minutes after mounting these hooks on my toolbox , I rebuilt my first 10 speed automatic transmission and I accomplished the rebuild in 8 minutes . I highly suggest you purchase a set of these hooks and mount them on your toolbox .

The worse experience we ever had with my husband. From screws which comes in a package to “ heavy duty” hooks everything is misrepresentation and complete lie. From the beginning, when we were trying to put them on the wall screw were simply falling apart. Heavy duty hooks welt apart as well after less than a minute. Plus now I have wholes in my wall after useless hooks !!!!!! I insist on a refund. Totally disappointed. That type of product description and quality can lead to injury!!!!

The only reason these were not returned was because I own a welder, have the skills to repair them and I needed to use them that day.The spot welds used on these hooks pop loose with very minimal stress. In the past I purchased similar hooks from a different manufacturer. They have held up well to the same use.

These hooks are plenty strong. I just hung up a few tonight to hang my weed eater and leaf blower on. The hooks come with two kinds of wall anchors. The first kind is the self drilling drywall kind. After breaking the first 4 I gave up on them. The other kind of anchors are the kind you have to predrill a hole in the wall and push them in. Only 1 out of 6 holes held snuggly when I screwed in the screws. The three hooks I hung are holding up my weed eater and leaf blower though, so maybe they will be ok. If all else fails I will just replace the wall anchors with toggle bolts.

These are nice hooks, plastic covered and a good variety. My issue with them is that two of the hooks weren't even welded together from the factory. They were in two pieces, only thing holding them together was the built-in hook. They were useless to me, couldn't use them. So, my 14 hook assortment was only 12 useful ones. They do come with a nice bag of mounting screws and hardware.EDIT 2/23/2021: Another one of these hooks came apart. I consider them dangerous, as hanging items could fall on you if you're unlucky enough to be standing there when the hook fails. I previously contacted the company via their Lucky Draw promotion, no response. Don't buy these, there are better ones out there.

Solid construction, durable material. I've hung the entire set in my tool shed and have all my yard tools well organized now. Only 4 stars b/c the two types of hollow wall anchors included aren't well made but the included screws are fine. One anchor type is too large diameter for the included screws and the other type is brittle plastic that shattered upon screwing. Not a big deal b/c I just bought a cheap pack of wall anchors from the hardware store and got on with the job. Again, the hooks are great, exactly what you'd want for tool shed type use. I even have my lightweight electric lawnmower hanging from one of the longer hooks so that I can tip it up to save space.

Look at all the things hanging in my garage! I put them into studs and in the places where I could t put it into a stud I used the drywall anchors, which were surprisingly sturdy. Usually the hardware that comes with these types of kits is pretty terrible, but the drywall anchors are nice. The screws aren’t great for going into studs, so I used my own wood screws where those were needed. Really helped organize my garage and use up vertical space.

The hooks are nice but you can forget using the included wall anchors. The white plastic anchors fell apart while the yellow anchors just spun in the hole when applying the acnchor screws. I've used plenty of wall anchors in my time but never seen such poor quality as these. They just do not provide the level of trust desired for hanging a weedeater on the garage wall next to my car.
