The tube is 1.4 oz (40 g), and there are 9 applicators.

How long does one tube last?

It comes with 9 applicators, but you could probably stretch it farther than that if you wanted. I think it would last you for 2-3 months if you were just using it a few times right around ovulation. I can't say for certain, I am still on my first tube because I got pregnant the first month I used it. I used it once in 2013 and then again this year. I got pregnant each time I used it, so I would definitely recommend it.

when is the expired date?

I'm not sure it didn't work for me! So I did IVF.
