Well, fishing is my hobby, however I don’t usually use fishing net. This is something I bought for the first time and I would like to see how good I can do on this. I wanted to really refine my "Casting Skills" Always seemed that the nets I'd purchase from Walamrt/Academy werent very durable, or easy to use. I purchased this one, I believe 6ft/7ft. Followed instructions to a T, and my casting skills are better than ever. Not to mention it holds up fairly well, and is easy to reset after a throw. Will still break some of the crosses when tangled with branches but thats because I wasn't very gentle. 100% better than the retail brands.

I was excited about my new 8 foot net. My last bait neck got caught in the rocks and I decided to give this one a try. Took it out today and it is working out great collect all the fish even the small bait. I’m not looking for anything big but sometimes those small guys get through durable and well constructed. I was able not to get it tangled today. I’m not a professional, but it did the job.

Epic cast net! Just in time for Shrimp season! Weight distribution is perfect. My technique could use some refining but the high quality material this is made from will withstand as many practice throws as I need!

This is an imported cheap net that does not meet the specs that they claim. You are better off getting one from a big box store. I bought the 4-ft net and it does not have as many features or perform or open as well as an older 3 ft net that I was replacing. . It is not 1 lb per foot as advertised . The lead line is too short so it can't open to the full diameter it's supposed to. My 3-foot net opens larger than this four foot net . It only has eight lines to gather the net versus my 3-ft which has 12. That makes the weights hang unevenly making it hard to throw, and leaves big open areas for bait to swim out from under it when gathering it .It doesn't have a horn like a typical net. The only thing there is a cheap piece of plastic heat pressed onto the net. . The material itself is very delicate. I tore a hole in it trying to untangle it right out of the box. I tried soaking in fabric softener and even staking it out open in the yard to try to stretch this thing, but it's not happening. This net was made overseas and imported at the cheapest possible price to maximize profits while still resembling a cast net. It's fragile and hard to throw. Go to a Big box store and buy anything on the shelf and it will probably be more durable, easier to use, and less expensive than this thing.

Ok I guess. Low quality. Very easy to tear hole. Too light of line use making. But ok for a throw away net

Me gusta el material, se ve que es de calidad aunque no abre lo suficiente para ser de 6 pies, pero creo que es porque esta nueva, la seguiré usando a ver si afloja un poco
