The size is fantastic; the claim that you can make 15 eggs at once is absolutely accurate, making big family meals or weekend brunches a breeze. But the real star of the show is the cooking surface. It truly is non-stick! We've cooked everything from pancakes and bacon to delicate eggs without using any extra oil, and nothing sticks. This healthy-eco ceramic titanium material performs flawlessly. The absolute best part? It's so easy to clean. A quick wipe with a paper towel while it's cooling down often does the trick, but even a full wash is simple because nothing is caked on. The durability and ease of maintenance make this griddle a phenomenal value. Highly recommend for anyone who cooks for a crowd!

This is my first electric griddle and it works very well. The day I got it I cooked a pork shoulder steak and it came out juicy and tender. The next morning I made a hole package of bacon at once and it cooked nice and even. The surface is very nonstick and food will slide around if your not careful. Clean up is super easy, I wipe the surface down after it's cooled a bit and than rinse it out in the sink. The surface gets very hot so be careful, the instructions say to let the griddle heat up for ten minutes but it reaches temp faster than that. As other have noted the grease tray will slip out easily, bad design I would have taken off half a star for that if I could. Al in all I recommend this griddle especially for your first one, good price for the size.

I can’t believe I’ve gone so long without an electric griddle until now. The griddle seems bigger than I thought it would be. The cooking surface is very non stick even without oil. This thing is a lifesaver. It’s not terrible to clean (fairly easy, actually). Just like with any griddle, you’ll have some hotter spots, but that’s due to the heating element and how it coils plus some heat loss as it winds its way to the end. But stays fairly consistent throughout with the hottest part being right where the cord plugs into the griddle and for about 6-8” in along the top. Knowing this will help with where to place what for best cooking. But I can cook a whole breakfast for a family of 5 on the one griddle. It will cook tons of bacon. My only complaint is the drip cup underneath should be made if something other than plastic so really hot grease doesn’t melt/warp it. I’d recommend lining it with aluminum foil especially if you plan to cook bacon on it or anything else really greasy.

We have struggled to find a griddle we love. This one is moderately better than the previous two we have tried. The size is pretty good for our family of 5. Any smaller would be too small, but much bigger gets challenging to store. It heats up quickly with the hottest spot being closest to the plug on the top right. It seems less scratch resistant compared to other griddles we have owned. But it does still get scratches on it. I like the grease trap size and shape. My biggest complaint is that it gets stained with black grease build up. It seems like one should be able to get it off, but I worry I’ll scrub too hard and take off some of the enamel with it. Besides that, it does seem a bit easier to clean than other griddles I have owned.

Great skillet upon first use! Made bacon and eggs and warmed some toast. Everything cooked well. There are sections that are not as hot as others, but no different than other griddles I have owned. Everything flipped super easy today! I started serving before the after picture, but eggs all flipped well!

I received this bella electronic griddle and we absolutely love it. Eggs are amazing on this. Way better than cooking eggs in a pan. We also made Bob evans sausage patties and pancakes I can say WOW we love it. Let me point this out......if you cook meats on this it will have get black stains on it from the oil or butter you use. I use the Goo Gone oven and grill cleaner I spray it on the area and leave it on for 10 minutes and wipe it with a damp cloth a couple times that will keep it new. Only use the Goo gone if you get black areas from cooking that won't come off. I seen some people on here that said it got staining well this Goo Gone oven and grill cleaner works like magic in my opinion. This flat grill is toxic free I own a parrot and this is safe to use without any harmful chemicals in the air. My parrot is located in another room. If you are cooking high smoke food on it open the windows this will get a little smokey if cooking high fat meats. We use ours manly for breakfast so I don't have to use my stove. We will saute veggies in it too but make sure you use some olive oil coated on the veggies. This would be great making cheese steaks too and grilled cheese sandwiches I bought me a dome lid so when I'm making breakfast sausage I add a little water and use a small dome lid to make sure the sausage cook well. I got the dome lid off of Amazon. They have different sizes. A small one will be just fine. We love this grill. We bought expensive ones in the past and they are so difficult to clean We absolutely love this Bella griddle easy to clean. Buy it! We love the copper

This is great so easy to clean and no stick for pancakes and eggs

we got this griddle 18 months ago and have used it plenty. Mostly for pancakes (5 boys) but also for a variety of other foods. obviously with a large family we need a large griddle - and we don't want to pull a giant cast iron griddle down and cover the stove so we picked up this electric griddle. *COOKING* it cooks 'OK'. TEMP Control: unless you have a infrared thermometer you're not going to get a precise temperature. not a lot of fidelity on the small dial - but most griddles i've ever known in the last 40 years are like that. EVEN Heating? No - the aluminum is so thin that even on low temperatures or after pre-heating you're going to get a band of hot around the outside and a much cooler inside. **CLEANING** the surface has held up well - and with a tiny bit of butter wiped on the surface between pancake rounds it works great. however just like nearly all of the griddles out there you'll find that food and gunk get caught in the handles and places where it is very hard to clean - so minus one star there. **BUILD** why is the metal so thin? this is disappointing for so many griddles out there. if you put any cool/cold foods on this the heat is immediately sapped and the griddle takes a while to come back to temp. Also after only 18 months the griddle has warped with the middle of the griddle lower than the sides (ok - maybe only a 1/8 inch but it is noticeable). Since we store it vertically with nothing on it i surmise that this is just from the heating and cooling. **SIZE** Yup - its pretty big. i like big. i'd like bigger - but this is about as big as you get without buying a commercial kitchen. you can do 8 medium size pancakes if you're careful - i generally do 6 larger well spaced cakes. overall this griddle is just fine. am i enamored? no. but for the price it works.

Great quality and looks very nice.still has hot and cooler spots like the much cheaper ones,but overall a great buy.

This is the best one I could find, the quality seemed a bit flimsy, but I was comparing to my old one and now I think this is perfect, cut down on all the plastic and it stores easier. The cook top is great, non stick and super easy to clean. Let's hope it stands the test of time...has to beat my old one, that lasted 15 years.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase, and I've made many pancakes already, however, just be aware that there are still hot and cold spots on the cooking surface. Atleast that's what I've experienced thus far. It's not a deal breaker but I wonder if I could've spent less for similar quality.
