the seat can not be changed. this is because the post attachment to the seat and the way the post is fitted to the bike are not the same asthe post and seat arrangement on a riding bicycle. HOWEVER, you can purchase a seat cover from a bike shop. The gel covers are most comfortable

Q: Looking to purchase this bike, is it a good bike ? Sturdy .

If you are taller that about 5'-8, do not buy this exercise bike. The seat height and arm levers are too low for anyone taller. The crank arms are also shorter than most bikes (about 150mm vs most bikes at 170-175mm).I used for knee replacement rehab which worked fine. The bike seems well built, especially for $110. All moving parts have wear bushings and the heavy flywheel gives it a good "feel" when you pedal.

Yes, I'm 5' and it works well for me. The seat is adjustable in height.

Q: Can men ride this exercise bike too?

Yes, men can ride it. As a matter of fact, I use it nightly (I'm a man who's six feet tall). I have the seat adjusted up high, and although my legs are a bit tight, I am able to ride.
