Wife and daughter LOVE the Nordicware pans!!
The buttered the pan well, and tapped it on the table to get any bubbles out. Loaves popped right out and were delicious and looked great also! They were amazed that they came out so easy because we saw a few reviews where they didn't have such luck. I bought 4 different holiday pans so excited to see what's next.

Das Material der Backform ist eine Art Gusseisen und somit auch schwerer als andere Formen. Sie ist gut verarbeitet und die Küchlein lassen sich gut herauslösen. Die Motive sind auch gute auf dem Kuchen zu erkennen.

It definitely mixed things up!
These came out looking gorgeous and beautiful. I baked Jamaican Rum cake for the first time and the design gave a real Christmas vibe, leaving everyone stunned. It has left me with the urge to make more. I'm hoping to by a more Nordic tins in the future.
