would they fit a wide foot?

I have an old pair of pumas that fit perfect. Do you think if I order the same size of these, the fit will be the same?

The ad states this shoe has "a leather upper" but at least one review says the upper is of a man-made material. Is it leather or not? Many thanks.

Is the shoes like tight or perfect fit ????
