Why is this game 180$?

There is no reason for it to be. The price is a lot higher than it should be. The other response ot this is horribly incorrect. The seller is selling the GREEN GREATEST HITS VERSION! This is VERY VERY common version of this game. The black label is the original and is considered a collectable now. The green label is not. If this was an unopened black label then yes it would be worth the price he is asking. Green labeled greatest hit version is worth $40 TOPS as you can order them directly from playstation still (in bulk but still) So to answer your question the seller is misinformed and this is NOT worth the asking price.

I'm playing this on my ps2 slim, and the opening theme with credits just keep looping, and my ps2 controller does nothing. what should I do?

Try unplugging the controller and then re input the controller.If this doesn't work try a different controller.If neither works it's not a controller issue.The disc may be damaged if it doesn't go past the credit screen.I hope this solves the problem.

Can this be played on a PS4?

No it's a playstation 1 disc. Ps4 isnt compatible with ps1 discs
