bad design. Other than that it seems to work ...
one of the screws on the back is stuck. I ended up having to push the packaging tie inside it because of this. I was afraid to cut the ties off and scratch the plastic. you are supposed to be able to take the back off to take out the ties. bad design. Other than that it seems to work fine. Even so my son loves it. Doesn't use water, but as long as it makes sounds most kids will love it just as much.

My 5 year old daughter LOVES playing barista! This was perfect! SO much better than the $30 pottery barn espresso machine that does nothing! This one makes sounds - super fun!
