Buy them a-lot cause my kid goes through them for Sports she put them in her turf, shoes and her cleats they help with her arches. She has wide feet.

These are wonderful with arch support. Have used these for 20 years.

These are very helpful for keeping my feet even. I have a tendency to pronate and always wear my shoes unevenly. This insert really helps and they don’t break down.

These are great insoles

These are the same quality as I have worn for over 30 years. From the first pair of flats to these with very pronounced arches.The arches are very firm even though they are soft and comfortable. I have very low arches and my feet would get sore or achy/tired if I didn't wear these. I have them for all of my shoes but if you need to swap out that is fairly simple as they don't curl up too bad when inserting.They seem to last forever as the flats I started with were still good several years later before I discovered the high arches. The ones I have now,I just keep swapping into the new pairs of shoes.

These are great inserts. Good support for a high arch, a little difficult to put into a shoe but once they’re in, they’re great.

These inserts are easy and provide the arch support I need. I didn’t need to trim mine but I was prepared to do it; it would be easy. I’m always worried about the thickness of inserts because I don’t want my shoes to be tight. These are thin with a hint of cushioning.

I’ve bought several pairs of Spenco inserts in the past. These are the latest. They seem to be made of much lower quality. Still help with my high arches and planter’s, however, I doubt they will last more than one year before needing to be replaced. At this price point I consider them to be over priced.
