Good turntable for video
This is a nice turntable. I bought it for my miniature painting / 3D printing hobby. It turns at a smooth rate and it’s silent. The sides are a little flimsy and flexes with little force. Not a terrible thing but I do handle this with care.Nice value for the money. If you’re in the market for one, I recommend it. Watch my video to see it in action.

There are less expensive options but I didn't want that.
I wasn't interested in getting anything less expensive because I didn't want a turntable that wobbles. This one is very nice quality. I haven't had if for long but so far it's perfect for my needs. When you shut it off it switches direction. Nothing too complicated to use. The cord is a nice length.

Finally found one that's really good for photo work
It's not the fastest spinner out there and it's not the slowest, but it's beautifully smooth, and works very well for photo work of small objects. I picked up a few (even FAR more expensive ones) trying to find one that worked well for that, but they were all jerky and uneven, so photographing something close up looked ridiculous. One was so shaky, items actually shook off the turntable while it was spinning. But this one? Wonderful. I wish it had a remote, but I'm okay with a basic turntable that does what it should and does it WELL.If you're looking for a good photo turntable, this one is brilliant.
