COTOWIN1-inch Wide Black Heavy Knit Heavy Elastic (10 Yards)

I purchased this to use for making stirrups/holders for tools in my tool kit. It has been perfect for that so far. I wouldn't use it for really heavy tools, for example 12oz hammers; however, it is working well for the tools I have in my computer/electronics tool case.

The value is great. Excellent strength. Made a cover for a boat and the elastic holds the cover in place without much stretch.

While I am happy with this its not the UBER heavy duty elastic. but its the closest thing I have found yet!

This is great and sturdy elastic It came in the package as is.

I needed to augment the support of our sofa covers. This worked great.
