It’s heavy by today’s standards. The MSR Hubba Hubba NX 2 is a lighter (and more expensive) tent by the same manufacturer. They look very similar in the pictures, but the Hubba Hubba uses more high-tech materials.

Yes, the loops are big enough to accommodate just about any type of stake—you’ll be pulling the corners out to keep even the loops taught
