I have used Solaray Products for many years- It has always been a quality brand. I am glad that I found this product on Amazon for a really good price. This particular product contains 175mg of extract (containing 80% Silymarin). In addition, it has other ingredients such as Turmeric Root, Dandelion Root and Artichoke Leaf- all of which give an added boost to the Milk Thistle in supporting Liver health. Highly recommended.

It seems to work protecting the liver
It's less expensive than my former product and Solaray has a good reputation so I switched. So far, so good!
