It is a bit too strong for me. Really depends on the individual how it treats everyone different I am sure. For me, having it first thing in the morning it suppresses my appetite which led me to miss breakfast. Now that was a mistake because just 2 hours after I started to feel that my sugar was quite down & had to go for an early lunch. So moral if the story is definitely not to miss a meal after having it.

Gave it to my brother who has diabetes which is on the higher side, he started taking it before meals and finds it extremely helpful. I tried it once and the taste was nice too. Initially you might feel drained off a bit as it works brilliantly, adjust your dosage accordingly.

This product is Expensive compared to Market one which available other brand.but the Quality is Spot on there is no Compromise on Quality. If you are diabetes Patient then you can see the Result within a Month by using Two times a Day.Go For it try it once you will see the Result
