what is with the bad reviews? this is great. it is true that you cannot take it with you in a purse because the lid will fall off, but it is also true that you cannot use it as a fork.. neither of these short comings make it any less good. a powder puff isn't meant to be portable. these are popular in Indonesia, they are the best name brand and many people there use them for babies, to apply powder when changing. i dont know why they are hard to find here in the us but this is the best one i know of

I love this little powder puff
I love this little powder puff! No, the lid does not secure to the base, so it is not good for traveling or transporting. Mine sits in a drawer, so this is not really an issue. I purchased it for using with a loose powder natural deodorant that comes in a bottle. It was too difficult to use that way, so I searched for something to get it under my arms. This powder puff is perfect, and is the perfect size as well.
