With a high capacity for aaa batteries, they provide long-lasting power for all my everyday devices, from remote controls to toys. I love that they’re low self-discharge, which means they hold their charge even when not in use for a while. The fact that they can be recharged up to 1000 times is fantastic for both the environment and my wallet! Plus, they come pre-charged, so they’re ready to use right out of the box. Amazon Batteries For The Win
If you're going to do rechargable batteries, just get the Amazon ones. They perform well, charge as fast as your charger will charge them, hold a decent charge, and never seem to get too hot when charging, though I'm sure that's subjective to what charger is charging them.I've had them for a couple years now, and we're still using them. I had to only buy more because I ran out.Energizer offers a better battery for performance (IE the charge lasts longer), but they do cost more. I found the most value from the Amazon battery. Duracell was about the same quality as Amazon, but offered more of a price tag. Rayovac was probably the only other brand worth the money if you're looking for value. At the end of the day though, these Amazon ones perform the best for the money. You can rip yourself off getting Energizer, but these are rechargeable batteries, you can just recharge them.

Excellent quality
Work well, charge easily. Lasts as long as regular non-rechargeable batteries. It all depends on the unit you're putting these in as for how long they last. I know this because i tested chargable batteries vs. non chargeable batteries and the results were exactly the same as to how long the batteries lasted. Did not feel any heat from these.

Good value; capacity is within 95% of spec
I have not had a chance to form an opinion on how well these fare in actual use, but I expect no problems (other than the occurrence now and again where a device doesn't like the 1.2V nominal voltage of NiMH cells).I ran some charge/discharge/charge test and the measured capacity measured 755 to 842 mAh, 89 to 99% of the specified capacity. The 755 mAh cell was an outlier; if that one is taken out of the sample the lowest measured capacity was 818 mAh (96% of the 850 mAh spec). I consider that good - it's more common than not that rechargeable batteries only measure out to 90-95% of the claimed capacity. If Amazon allowed it, I'd take off half a star.At about 85 cents per cell ($14 for a 16 pack), I'd say these are a good value. Eneloops are considered better, but are rarely under $2 a cell for AAA with a similar 850 mAh rating. These cells were made in China. Eneloops are typically made in Japan.
